Accessing Target and Tracking Point Data
At The Eastbourne Academy, we pride ourselves on our digital systems that allow students and their parents/carers to access student progress data at any time, anywhere and on any device.
We currently use a web-based programme called Go4Schools
Students should be aware that their login username is their academy email address (e.g. email@example.com) and a password they have chosen. If they cannot remember the password, there is a forgotten password option which will send a new password to their email address.
Parents/Carers who have provided us with a working email address received details of how to log in last year. It is possible to reset your password in the same way as the students. If you have not provided us with an email address and would like to do so to allow you to view your child's progress, please email Mr Pratt firstname.lastname@example.org.
Go4Schools provides a real-time view of progress, so you are kept up to date on how your child is doing. The Academy currently collects tracking points once every term. Progress is then measured against either their end of year target or their final GCSE target. In addition to this, a realistic predicted grade is also reported, indicating the most likely grade your child will achieve at the end of the year. By reviewing these regularly, staff students and parents/carers can ensure that the students are making the best progress they can so that they reach their potential and leave The Academy with the best GCSE grades they are capable of.
If you have any queries about this, or would like any additional information regarding targets and tracking points, please contact Mr D Stewart on 01323 514900 or via email email@example.com.
